    Hello all,
    I have a problem with my VGN-A690, It works fine for maybe one or two months, I can turn it on or off. Then out of nowhere, after turning it off, it will not turn on. I put it aside for a couple of days or weeks, and then it will turn back on, completly random. I have tried everything from removing the battery,etc.. it is not the power connector, which by the way does not show any power to the unit during this time.

    It also comes with a docking station with it's own power connector, this shows it has power, I have a second Vaio, and have tried this power adapter.

    So, my question is, has anyone had similar problems and founa solution ?
