    Err are you sure? Is it the ATI graphics or the Intel graphics?

    The specs page does say HDMI out and this image from Sony clearly shows a HDMI port. What's on your laptop in that area?

    The layout is exactly like the photo you posted ,but instead of the HDMI port there is a plastic cover which doesn't come out .

    The model i bought is the one with the intel 4500 ,as it is the only model available here in Europe :-(

    I will return it today ..but i don't know what to buy instead ,in this category.

    odd, i checked out SR5 series at my local shopping centre, stores like micro Anvika and it has ATI graphics card wtih HDMI port.

    I could be wrong, but I thought only the SR's with ATI graphics have hdmi out.
