Hey guys just started using this laptop last night and now when watching a video it sputtered and turned white got a brief message saying some Video driver has been recovered.

Now when watching the same video its like I see a square in the middle and it keep sputtering all while being a part of the video.

    Any suggestions?

EDIT: Video is now pausing on its own.

i suggest you return for a new one or call Sony :) if it's a simple problem, it's a driver problem but i have had none of that so far. It can be a hardware problem with GPU. I think you should call the warranty service or just exchange for a different one :)

It ships with a buggy Nvidia Driver stack. Try the latest LaptopVideo2Go drivers. I think the latest version is a 257.x version. It should give you better performance with added stability. I can almost assure you it's not a hardware problem.

EDIT* - Try this procedure I wrote a while back... I've edited it with new links to the latest drivers.
