Video Plus option on vaio- only $44?

You can choose the "video plus" option when configuring the Vaio FW for only $44. It says this option comes with adobe premiere pro and Vegas Pro 8. I know that Vegas Pro is $500 software...so am i correct in guessing that this is just trial-ware? Of course it makes NO mention of it being a trial, but for the price it doesn't make any sense.

I figured out by looking at another sony laptop, I am supposed to see these options:
# Video Standard $5
# Video Plus [add $39.00]
# Vegas Pro [add $209.00]

Video plus only comes with adobe premiere, not Vegas.
