    Video drivers for SZ?

    Has anyone been able to find nvidia drivers for SZ notebook besides the one offered by Sony?

    I installed the 84.20 drivers in that thread. The menu I used to get under the 'GeForce Go 7400' tab in the display properties is different now.

    I remember there was a way to preview the 3d models based on the 3d quality setting you chose in the sony drivers. Anyway to get that menu back without uninstalling the new drivers? Is there even a difference in terms of menu options?

    I don't think you can get that back. But the standard NVidia drivers have many more options and are much more granular in nature. You just have to go to a different place to get to the settings. Right click a blank area on your desktop and select properties, settings, advanced, Nvidia Go 7400. There you can do just about anything you want. Poke around a bit and see what you like and don't like.

    I've left mine alone because it seems to run best without overclocking.
