    Hello everyone,

I recently did the Anytime Upgrade from Vista Business, which came pre-loaded on my SZ450, to Vista Ultimate.

Before the upgrade, when I wanted to make the Sony backup DVDs, I went to "Help and Support" in the Start Menu, and it pulled up Sony's Help Menu

After the upgrade however, when I click on "Help and Support" via the Start menu, it opens up a different, generic Microsoft Help Menu, without links to Sony's backup programs, etc.

Can anyone else who did the anytime upgrade confirm this? Also does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!

You cannot. When you upgrade you lose things like backup. Is bluetooth and your camera working since you upgraded?

    Everything else is working fine

The Sony Help and Support file is still there in C:\Program Files, but I can't open any of the files because they're no associated program to open them with
