I searched for this answer and got really scattered results, but I plan to order my FW390 very soon, and would like to do a clean install of Vista onto it. My only problem is that the Vista I own is 32bit Business. I plan on having much more then 3Gigs on my FW requiring me to have 64bit. Is there anyway I can download a 64bit version of business and use my 32bit key?

You can use any 64 bit OEM disc and install with your key. The license covers both x86 and x64 versions.

I'm assuming the tutorials on how to do that exactly are in the "Clean Install" threads?
-
I thought the FW series come with 64bits??
-
It does, but to do a clean install doesn't it require me to have a 64bit vista disc?
-
yes you need vista disc for clean install.
borrow disc from some of your friend. -
It is explained in this thread. Also, if your laptop came with the 64bit drives and you haven't made a backup DVD then you need to make one first.
