    Vista Ultimate Drivers?

    Does anyone know if sony provides Ultimate drivers for my model? I currently have xp but have had issues w/the blu ray player so i am going back to Vista against my will. Home premium really doesn't allow access to a lot of windows features i'm used to using (group policy etc) so i would like to go to ultimate. my other question is if i do a clean install of home premium install all needed software and then upgrade to ulimate will i have any problems? if anyone has anything that they feel would be helpful please let me know.

    Drivers only discriminate between different OSes and bit format. Versions of OSes don't affect drivers.

    it would not make a difference. the same drivers for vista home premuim is the same for ultimate as long as it is x64 bit or x86 (32-bit)

    in case you need to reinstall vista or xp again

    it a shareware. just chose start backup on home premuim and save the file on your then desktop. then save it to a cd or flash drive

    Have a look at my thread. The model is different but most of the hardware/chipset is the same. Download the driver pack and install the ones you need.
