Before formatting and install fresh clean vista business i have some question
1-Where is my vista dvd's?How can i burn or download vista?
2-Drivers and utilites?Which folder must be copying for backup?I looked and sony web site does not share drivers and utilities on the internet
3-My vaio tz has 100 gb but seems 2 partition.First part is 8.35 gb and empty.Second part is 84 gb (installed vista). Why is first part is empty and why i can't use this partition?
4-Is Clean install affected so much on cpu and hard disks?
5-Has anyone tried mac os x leopard?

The first partition is the recovery partition to go back to the factory Vista. You use that partition to create the recovery discs, Sony does not include the discs for any of their computers, most manufacturers now don't.

And someone has gotten OSX on the TZ. Blasphemy, putting that garbage on such a beautiful notebook! ;)

Clean install of Vista will make a difference, since Sony loads the factory install with lots of bloatware. Better yet is to install XP. : )

Yeah you can get back the hidden partition so long as you still have the VAIO Recovery Discs. Restart the computer with Disc 1 of 2 and when prompted with "Do you want to keep the VAIO Value-added Contents as part of the recovery drive?" bullet "Yes." This will put back the hidden partition, but obviously you'll need to do the clean install process all over again as you will get back the original factory state too.
