    Just got the uk version sz71vn/x and want to use the wwan with other sim cards when i travel abroad.
    The t mobile web and walk software is installed but obviously wont read anything but a tmobile sim.
    Is there a generic wwan connection utility programme?
    vaio smart network says to install the wireless connection utilty when i click on launch wwann....but where is it???

    Is there something I am missing?

    Hi Vaiomodo, I've just taken delivery of the UK TZ32 with the WWAN option and was wondering the same thing. I'm going to try my O2 3G sim and see if I can get the vaio to recgnise and then possibly connect via O2. I'll update you asap.
