This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Can someone tell me what the difference between WWAN and WLAN? Does the WWAN essential ?

    wwan is wireless mobile broadband such as sprint or verizon which you have to pay for wlan is wireless internet which everyone who has a laptop has in their homes

    Correct. WWAN is Wireless Wide Area Network, WLAN is Wireless Local Area Network.
