I thought this laptop is premium and expensive. How can Sony mess this up. That's like buying a Lamborghini but the hood or front bumper is not align ROTFLMAO

I can´t see any such defects on mine. It seems to me it must be one of the hinges that is harder than the other, so it mechanically drags one side more than the other. Are you always using your right hand to open it at the right side of the screen? Try opening it a few times at the left side and see if there´s a difference? Perhaps you can feel a different resistanse from the left/right hinges?

I haven´t thought about it but I always open up laptops by pulling the screen from the center. But of course they shouldn´t bend like your´s.

Also remember that the back of the screen also lifts up the back end of the laptop when you raise the screen. If one of the rubber legs are shorter than the other, or gone, I guess that could happen.

How about opening it properly and actually lifting up the lid in the middle instead of far left or far right.

And we have a winner :) You should not carry it while open by it's display or open it from the corners. But hey, at least the screen is still working. If you had any other brand with such distortion, the screen would have already been broken ;)
