How do I register for my warranty? I purchased a 2 year accidental damage from handling warranty...

There was no sticker or evidence of it coming with the computer other than my receipt. I registered my laptop when i turned it on... but this does nto seem to confirm that it registered my warranty or anything else... any advice?

i think that if you've ordered directly from sonystyle, it will be applied automatically, plus, you have how to prove it, cause its in your receipt

i hope thats true, cause i havent registered anything yet

normally you could go to www.sony.com/espreg. that's what i had to do. but if you bought it directly from sony, i'm not sure.

    i'd give them a call.

Sony sent me a mail called "Certificate of Coverage" for my SR190 you might get that in the mail soon just make sure you keep that copy. The effective date is the date you purchased it. IT will give you give you a certificate number i'm not sure if you need to register it because the letter doesn't say anything about doing that.
