This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    No, Pinetrail netbooks came also before CES. Sony usually is one the first manufactures to use the newest technology as well. I agree that performance will not change a lot, but battery life it does. And, if someone purchase a premium-netbook at least must have the latest chip no?

    So the CES for Sony is finished? Is just the press conference or there is more the next days?

    Noone? Maybe I wasn't clear enough. :) All the manufacturers announce their new things at the press release or it can happen after as well?
