Besides the high pitch noise from the microphone, my hard drive make really weird noise occasionally. The noise is almost like an insect and goes like zi zi... zis zis... is this normal? (i have a sony f1190x 7200rpm hard drive) also i can't fix the microphone problem without keeping the "recording page" on, are they going to fix it by update?

    Thanks for any response.

I have the same problem, although I replaced the original 5400rpm drive with a 7200rpm one. Therefore, I don't think it is HDD related. Anyone with an SSD, having the same noise?
