Hi guys, I just happened to find this yesterday. I want to know whether it is universal or special. I was sitting in a very quiet room and turned on my sz430, then I heard a very low noise generated from the laptop at a frequency of once per 5 second. It took me a while to figure out where the sound comes from. It only occurs when the Wi-Fi tries to connect to some network. Once the network is connected, the noise goes away. I can't hear the noise when the Wi-Fi is not trying to connect, either. The noise is low enough so you have to be in a very quiet enviroment or put your ear very close to the keyboard. I was a little worried about it because I noticed this yesterday after the electric power in my office suddenly shut off ( I don't put the battery in usually). My computer functions normally after I rebooted, but then I noticed that noise. Can someone confirm this with your sz laptop? Thanks a lot!
