I sent in my sony laptop a while ago, and by a while i mean a year ago, for warrenty work, the graphics card burnt out. the nvidia card, when enabled, as soon as you go into any game the computer resets.
So,
it went threw 2 differant sony repair places, I kept trying to tell them the problem, and all they said was, they found nothing wrong, except cosmetic damage... after almost a year, i finally got the techs to run a graphics benchmark, and they finally seen the problem, but then said they wouldn't fix it without fixing the cosmedic damga, this was almost a year in, so i said, f it, i'll pay for the cosmedic dmg,
got the laptop back, and now, guess was,
it's still broken, graphics card still resets the comp...
the dvd drive now doesnt work,
cosmedics are fixed..
i had to pay over 1000$ to get it back.
I bought this laptop, becuase i lovesony laptops..
I was in a work related car accedent about 7 years ago, where i was working at a gas station, and a woman ran me over stealing gas..i spent 3 years recooping, and then after 6 years, wcb gave me a 4000$ payout, that being said, I suffer from allot of things from that accedent and havent worked since.. that 4000$ i used to buy this laptop, so in the end, it's like te tiny little bit i did get for a woman running me over and nearly killing me, was taken away from me in the end anyways..
Anyways, anyone know what i should do?
I have tried calling sony back, and they bascally just tell me to off..
I am sort of at a loss..

If so you should still have warranty on the work they did.
If I were you I would try to get escalated higher up to complain. Assuming you paid for both the cosmetic damage and the further repair. If they didn't fix it like they said they would they have fraudulently taken your money.
PS: Your timeline is almost incoherent
Did you first send it in under warranty? Why did it take 1 year? Were you paying for the complete repair out of warranty?
What do i do. Sony vpc-z1390
