Just purchased an i7 Vaio Z series and trying to clean it up. Anyone know what the use for the installed AMD Catalyst software is? Doesn't appear to do anything, since there is only the Intel 4000.

Anything else people noticed that can be remove, please let me know.

If you don't use or own the PMD, you can delete everything AMD/ATI.

Well I learned that if you uninstall Catalyst, it also uninstalls the Intel HD 4000 driver.

If you only use the HD 4000, then you want to install a more recent official Intel Graphics driver rather than the sony driver anyways.
