This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     I am still a bit interested in the 15.4" vs. the FE series . . .

    I was considering buying one until I got to use it at a laptop specialty store here in L.A. - the screen was fantastic and it looked really nice, but it ran so hot I could have cooked my dinner on it. Almost as bad as the first MacBook Pro's that came out. If it would have run cooler I would have bought one on the spot - that is, until I saw the SZ :D
