    i've been looking into an SZ laptop but ive seen P1 mentioned a few times here

    Yes, it stands for PortableOne, a website to buy notebooks. I've never dealt with them but hear their support is fantastic.

    Yes Portable One, formerly Laptops Incorporated.

    There is a Portable One forum here although it's not very busy (perhaps itself an indicator og good service and few problems).

    I've bought a couple of Fujitsu notebooks from them in the past so I have personal experience of the good service. :)
