    What is Sony Picture Utility? Needed for Driver Installation

    I did a fresh install for Vista for my fw209. I installed most of the drivers fine and all the functions seem to be working normally even the OSD stuff which usually has problems. However the Picture Motion Browser Update (version 3.3.00) Driver would not install and said that Sony Picture Utility has to be installed first. What is this utility?

    I also need the Sony picture utility in order to install updates. Where can I find it? I didn't get a cd with the camcorder.. dcn hc38.
