My system is: SZ6, Vista 32bit.
    Some questions concerning MS sticks:
    1) Would i get some perfomance boost overall or only as a faster boot?

    2) Does the capacity of MS duo affect the performance? i mean following: there are 1GB, 2GB and 4GB MS's Duo pro. for e.t.c would be there diffrence in performance boost if i get 1GB versus 4GB?

    3) Do i need to turn on some program to enable this MS stick support to get some perfomance boost or does that happen automatically in Vista?

it seems that if one has 2GB of Ram, then Readyboost, and therefore memory stick could not give any boost perfomance.
