    What memory brand do you have in your Sony SZ770?

    I`ve bought new Sony Vaio SZ-770. Checked it with Everest and I have 2 GB Hynix and 1 GB Qimonda.

    Will post all the timings later.

    Stock memory was Hynix 2 x 1 GB, replaced with 2 x 2 GB Kingston.

    mine is hyundai 1gb 2 sticks.i found via everest as well.

    I got the SZ-770 about a month ago and have Samsung 2 gig and Hyundai 1 gig sticks. I was thinking of changing out the 1 gig stick for a 2 gig stick.

    It has no use to have 2 gig when you have 32 bit OS. Max you can get is 3 gig.
