    Clues: Top corners of LCD panel are not square and camera is rectangle.
    It looks to me Y series.

    Thanks for the response. I've looked up the Y series but it seems that it doesnt have a two tone color scheme like the one in the image and the Y's keyboard is black.

    That's very close the only thing that didnt match is the bezel of the screen which is white. I am also guessing that the whole lid is also white

    it is made up of different materials that react differently to light, the plastic bezel is catching the light, the aluminum? body is not.

    I has to be a Y look at the first picture, it has Win7, barrel hinge like the Z, rounded corners, square camera, everything points to Y except the colors aren't looking like a perfect match, but they do tons of different colors on VAIOs to try and sell them.

    It might also have been the 2010 VAIO S series (VPC-S), although a VAIO Y series is more likely due to the bezels having been offered in different colors.
