Hi All,
I am wondering what will be with drivers when Windows 7 will be available. Now when I go to Sony website and try download drivers and utilities factory installed with my Vaio TT21 XN/B it is not available. Only one way of reinstallation is recovery partition (or DVD's) or semi clean install. But question is how to install Windows 7 when it will be available without drivers? When Microsoft will lunch W7 I am going to upgrade but how I will can do that?

well, almost all vista drivers work for win7. also, manufacturers will get win7 release copies early so they can have all their drivers ready when the OS launches. so there's nothing to worry about.

Considering Windows 7 is not supposed to be released until later this year/early next year according to the rumors, it's going to be awhile. Very rarely has Sony supported an OS out of the gate (*cough* Vista *cough*), so expect maybe by the Spring 2010 you'll see the OS on laptops and have drivers for things like the FN keys.
I'm just being realistic. -
And I would not expect too much back support. Sony's good and all, and might provide some, but they push forward, and providing drivers for old computers doesn't pay as much as people buying new computers. Just saying...
What will be with drivers when Windows 7 will be available?
