Where are Sony notebooks made? Which models are from Japan or Taiwan? Any idea on which ODMs Sony consults for certain series of notebooks?

My SZ160 says its made in Japan and the AC adapter is made in China. Of course I don't know exactly what that means. Sometimes made in Japan means it was constructed there but all the parts were made elsewhere?

If I go to SONY style today I'll check the T series.
