    Can someone point me to thread where i can find guide to Win 7 upgrade ?
    I have read almost every tread here and everyone mention user "firestone" guide to fresh win 7 install but i can`t find it!

    however im looking for more detailed guide because im not that experienced computer guy.

    Spec about installing new bios. How to do that?
    Do i just download it from website,click on it,and rest is autimetic? thank you
