    Where is the embedded WWAN card TZ270

    I have a Vaio TZ 270 with an embedded WWAN Sprint card inside.
    I cant use the wwan card because i'm living in Switzerland, so i'm plannig to replace the card with an wwan card with sim card reader. I've oppened the Vaio today succefully, but i couldnt find the wwan sprint card. Does anybody know wehre the location of this card exactely is?

    I believe that the WWAN card is near the VGA connector. If you look behind the battery, you can see that there is a slot there for a sim card reader, so my guess is that it is there. I will open my TZ soon again when I replace DVDRW drive with 7200 rpm HDD and will take pictures of everything. Good luck!

    I think it is right under the USB connectors and SD/Memory Stick slots. You need to remove at least three screws to get through it.

    Hm, well under the usb connectors is the WLAN Card and i cant imagine the wwan card is near the sim slot, but i couldnt oppen the dvd drive so i couldnt look at it. But next time i'll know how to oppen the dvd drive, so will take a look at it.

    You're right, it's the WLAN card that is under the USB connectors/memory card slots.
