    i'm looking at the vpc-z135gx/b or vpc-z137gx/b.

Where is the best place to buy it? are there any deals out there? I guess I am most concerned if it has a bad pixel or something else screwy that I can send it back and get another one.

    Thanks for your input!!

Microsoft has a 10% off coupon right now. But I think they only sell the Z133GX. They also "signature" it.

try Tigerdirect, i like them cuz no tax in CA... If you want, you can always set up a deal alert on Slickdeals for "Vaio Z" or "VPCZ"

It sucks that the SKUs with the 1080p display don't tend to go on sale. The 1600x900 model popped up a few months ago on SlickDeals for $1,140 (!), but you pretty much have to order a CTO from SonyStyle to get the 1080p upgrade.
