I have already tried installing a fresh new Windows Vista install on my Vaio SZ750 but I wasn't able to get the applications and drivers working. I haven't created a Recovery DVD for my Original Windows Vista install because it was filled with bloatware.

I have tried calling Sony for support about it. And they said they no longer sell Recovery DVDs for my model.

Is it possible to download it from somewhere? Or another place where I can find those DVDs?

    Thanks.

Sadly, you cannot legally download them. And since they are OEM CDs you cannot just buy them.

You need to push Sony HARD for those DVDs, or pursue installing Vista bloat-free and work around the difficulties.

Portable One sells bloatware free cds. Quote from Hombre USA from another thread:

"Recommend you get Portable One's bloatware removal DVD's for about under $25. Will make the job easier for you. I purchased mine from them and it's coming to me with no junk whatsoever. Contact Ivan at [email protected]."

The DVD's from Portable one are now $29.00. Why don't they just make them $30 so we can use the Google checkout discount ;/?
