If you ordered FZ with built-in 200 GB 7200 RPM Hard drive, which brand is it?

Sounds like a Hitachi to me.

Alternatively go to hardware devices and check for the model number and type it into google.

My FZ doesn't have 7200 RPM HD. I just want to know which brand that comes with it if you order the one that has 7200 RPM built-in with it.

Should be Hitachi...since they are the only brand with 200GB 7200rpm...at least the only brand that I heard of with a 200GB 7200rpm right now.

My guess would be Hitachi too. I am looking at the same thing and sort of wish I had gone ahead and got one when I ordered my FZ. It is kind of disappointing to see the HD bring my Windows Experience score down to 4.6 when everthing else is above 5!

BTW - How is the G-Skill CAS4 memory working out? I need to buy 2gb - and for basically $40 more I can get that 4gb set.

It is in fact a Hitachi, Sony part number A1436036A, 200GB 7200 RPM. (Just go to sony parts direct and look under FZ4000 parts). Sony sells for $680!! Wow!
