The Z gives you the option of having up to 256MB VRAM while SR can only go up to 128MB. The Z screen resolution can also go up to 1600x900, instead of 1280x800 of the SR. But keep in mind though that having 1600x900 with 13.1" screen means that the font might be too small to read at extended period of time.

If AutoCad is your main application, I would pick the FW since the screen is much bigger, 16.4" and still has 1600x900 resolution. Much easier for your eyes. If you live in Europe, you can also buy FW model with Radeon HD3650 which is much faster and better for AutoCad than Radeon HD3470 of the US FW models. ar

Edit: I thought you are talking about Z and SR, instead of Z and SZ. The SZ can only go up to 64MB VRAM, which may not be enough for AutoCad.

oh i did't know that The SZ can only go up to 64MB VRAM

    that just sad

I thought about the FW but it is too big for me

i want something like 13" screen

    so my option are Z , M1330 , SR

I thought the SR screen was crap

Z has the best screen out of the three and is the lightest. If you thought the SR's screen was crap, I don't think you'd much like the M1330's screen either. SR has the best graphics card, but is the heaviest of the three (but not by too much).
