It is really eating away in my services and run folders. I have tried googling them up but some of them arent too detailed. So just want to post here to be sure from you guys. Also, I heard that if you uninstalled VAIO zone completely off the HD, that it makes the system faster, is that true?

Grab a copy of autoruns from sysinternals.com and try a few different combinations. If you run into a problem just re-enable.

    Hi TripleH,

I've not actually sat down to check what each and every process does...

Your computer wouldn't actually break if you disabled all processes. Some things may go fidgety but you'll be able to re-enable them again.

I'd say disable all of them first and start re-enabling them when you find out you need one of them.

Also, uninstalling Vaio Zone doesn't make your computer run faster. One of those processes you've listed is the TSR for VZone. Once you've disabled it, your computer will as fast as if you totally uninstalled it.
