4 GB 1333 MHz DDR3L-SDRAM is already planted in the laptop by Sony. I want to upgrade it up to 8GB RAM. I want it to be a Dual Channel. How can I find a memory card that is identical to this one? Can anybody confirm if this is SODIMM, SDRAM or another type of memory card? It really confuses me.

You can use cpu-z to get the memory modul part number and then you can google for it.

Or you can run the crucial website memory advisor tool, and it will scan your notebook and give you list of guaranteed compatible memory upgrades

    http://www.crucial.com/

Click on the SPD tab and copy the partnumber.
