Yeh, I was cautious about un-installing the things I've highlighted in my previous screenshot. Anybody give me some advice over the other ones I've highlighted?

The Sony Video Shared Library is used in conjunction with playing DVD's in Windows Media Player. I Believe! If you use another player for DVD's, probably not a problem. I've found that some of the Sony Vaio stuff has subtle ties to other laptop functions. You can google them independently and see if anyone else has verified the full purpose of each progarm.

DO NOT get rid of the Sony Shared Video Library or the VAIO Event service!

    The rest can go though!

    Ok guys, thanks.
Probably get rid of the vaio content stuff first and vaio music box. Then, research up on the other ones about what they do.

    Thanks,
    - Jam.
