I currently have a Toshiba satellite which I have never really liked.
I am now trying to choose a Sony but I don't know which is the best one to go for in my budget-or what the differences are.
Any help would be much appreciated:)

    SONY VAIO VPCEA1S1E/L.CEK

Also the difference between EA series and EB series ?

There is a dedicated thread you can use when searching for a new laptop. Check out the sticky that houses the new laptop form. It will ask you questions so that other members can help offer advice about what notebook would be good for you: What Notebook Should I Buy?.

Otherwise let us know what you use your laptop for and what size you prefer so we can offer more info on what Sony would be good for you. I would also not limit yourself to Sony, but rather to the best model to suit your purpose and budget.

I'm sure plenty of people will argue with that. ;)
