None. Just get WRT54GL and install Tomato in it.

Mine is rock solid connection with Tomato. You can increase the Watt to get extended range.

3rd party software is cool. I even install 3rd party software on my Canon SD880.

I have to agree! I researched for a few days before i bought it, and it got amazing reviews. I have to agree with them, as this router has been amazing. Haven't had a single problem with it. The network magic software that comes with it works very well, but seems to have a few flaws as it likes to lock up. Simply restart the program and its all up and running.

I like my Draytek Vigor 2820n (since firmware 3.2.1). The wireless performance isn't fantastic - only 2.4GHz band and I've only ever gotten up to 150mbps...

But as a router and ADSL modem it's the most stable box I've ever used - I've had 4 months of uptime without a glitch and none of my previous wireless broadband routers managed that! (I've tried Netgear, Linksys, D-Link and Belkin devices in the past.)

For me, 150mbps maximum wireless is a small price to pay for having such a stable connection and network.

    thank you all!

I decided to buy D-link DRT 655. I saw tons of good reviews out there about this router.

Just in case any of you want to buy the router:

Costco currently has it on sale for $79.99 (until November 7). $20-$30 cheaper from most online stores!. You have to go to the physical store..the price at Costco online is regular price.
