    Did you get your sony vaio if you bought from them? I ordered it on the 26th, THEY charged me!! and still hasn't left(29th)

    What/Who is "JR"?

    Ordering on the 26th (Friday) - minus the weekend - today is the 29th, they probably just started processing it.

    Well no they probably couldn't have...things do actually take time. sometimes orders get processed very quickly, sometimes not. When did they tell you the delivery would take place? And indeed....who is JR? JR Ewing?

    When did they tell you the delivery would take place?

    Well they say they dont charge UNTIL they actually ship the item. Okay.... so they charged me on the 26th, meaning it would of had to leave the 26th but the order status says quantity has yet to ship. They also said it would take a day so i should of had it by saturday or today(i only live a state over)...

    Did you call their # to confirm your order? You have to do that before they can ship your item. In their call/voice message (if you were away) they leave a shipping verification code that they ask you for once you call either of those numbers.

    I just ordered and have received my Vaio Z from JR. They do not update the order status online very often, just give it some time. Their customer service is really good and I would not hesitate to order from them again. I hope you used the Bing cashback. You can get 5% off of JR.com right now.

    If not, could you tell us when you ordered and when you got it? Thanks.

    Also, I think JR might be a bit busy since I can tell there's quite a few ordering the same product. (3-4 alone on this website)

    Yeah dude you obviously didn't confirm it, most sites do that, they send you a confirmation email and you have to accept before they know its actually real. Also most sites don't update their tracking every hour like Fedex. So just chill. JR is a credible site, they are not going to rip one person off.

    Okay i called them today to confirm and they said my order would ship today. Also i never got an email saying i had to confirm by phone or even a verification code. They only sent me an Order Receipt.

    I confirmed my order yesterday and I emailed them earlier and they told me "According to our records your item has been allocated and should be shipping shortly. Once the item is shipped you will receive an email notification with your tracking number."
