    I know that different companies have various vendors that supply them with screens. Who makes Sony's screens?

    Mine is Toshiba.. and code is LTD133EXBY - MADE IN JAPAN. I know, because LCD replaced from service... screen code wrote on service note..

    The ones in the TX/TZ series are from Toshiba-Matsu****a, actually all 11.1" WXGA screens currently are from what I know.
