    I checked the mainboard using cpu-z, it support 2 channel memory. So the best select is two same memory on the mainboard. Is this the reason?

    There's that, but it's also just that two smaller chips are also cheaper than one bigger one... it's just the way it all goes in the computer world. Two 1GB SD memory cards are cheaper than a single 2GB one. Two 60gb drives are cheaper than a single 120gb... just because physically fitting more into the larger stuff is harder than making more of the smaller stuff.
