that link takes to a preconfigured unit (here in the US at least). Not a CTO.

CF Gold edition is actually more expensive than A CTO Z2190X configured to same spec.

    CF Gold: $2850
    CTO 2190X: $2780.

Hmm, and i'm also expecting Winter promotions to be a lot more enticing than current discounts.

That is so not fair. But why is it so expensive up North? And why do you guys have the 512GB SSD while it's been omitted in America?

The 512GB SSD is available on the Z2290X in the US. Just not on the Z2190X, which I assume that Sony is just trying to clear off of the shelves.

Astute observation. What is the difference between Z21 and Z22? I see they omitted CF Indigo which would be my second choice.

Z2190x no longer available CTO in USA. No color choices currently available on Z2290X CTO. Hoping Sony will add color choices in soon.

I wish they followed the previous champagne gold of the VAIO X where the keys, display bezel, palm rest, trackpad & keys were all gold. only the bottom was brown.

Black sheet battery clashes with the gold on the Z22.
