I want to sell my 2x512Mb installed SZ memory to my friend who has a TX. Will my SZ memory work in the TX? The TX has two free slots. Question is the meory type difference.

The sony website says for the TX:
    PC2-3200 400MHz DDR2

The SZ clock speed is higher but they are also DDR2 chips. I wonder if the TX will just run the PC2-4200 chips at 400Mhz?
