I read threads about people with SZs with their function keys not working, not working after closing the lids, etc... I assume this is with 64bit Windows 7 clean install? If I upgrade, not clean install, a freshly factory restored SZ780DN to 32bit Wiundows 7 Pro, will everything work 100%? Thanks,

Usually works from what i hear on the forums. Most of the trouble caused during a upgrade is "Driver" incompatibility issues.
32Bit isn't too bad, as most of the drivers from even Windows XP works in 32Bit Win7.

I usually do clean installs though, since its easier to debug a system when you "incrementally" install something, than to debug a system which has everything installed already.
