Hello new here but I've been having a hard time trying to find some comparisons of the GMA 900 vs something else. I'm having my eyes set on the new TX and was wondering if it could handle GTA:SA, Guild Wars, Sims 2, and/or the new Civilization IV coming out.

I don't really care for performance graphics -although it'd be great if they can fit a X300 or better into it- as I only surf web, email, word, and movies ... thought it'd be nice if i can at least play Sims2 or Civ4 =)

Anyone know how the TX (or T) would handle seeing as to how it has a P-M 1.2ghz and the GMA 900 compared to say... the S series with their 1.8 and 9400?

Also does anyone know if its possible to manually upgrade the TX's memory? I saw the regular T at Fry's today and it seems manual upgrading isn't possible on that unit.

Well, I remember owners of the old Sony Vaio TR series, with their Intel Extreme 2 graphics and 1 giz Pentium M say they could play Vice City just fine.
