I upgraded my VAIO VGN-AR31M from Vista 32bits to Win7 64 bits on a clean install.

Here is a thread I started on Vaio club in the hope somebody could help me with my only two problems:

    http://club.vaio.sony.eu/clubvaio/g...4E53770DF7BA0E37F5680A.beru-lars?thread=67437

As I say in that thread everything works perfectly I only have two problems:

1- The system won't recognize the 4GB of RAM I upgraded previously to, and I think it is because it is limited through the BIOS, and I could not find a firmware for my Phoenix version R0200J6 without the limitation.

2- I am able to hibernate with the computer, but after the hibernation, the computer won't wake up again, it shows the VAIO logo, and restarts again and cycles again and again doing that, only way to start it again is to enter the Win7 installation disk, hit repair, and click on shutdown there.

Any help would be really appreciated.
