    Hello,

I have installed Windows 7 Ulitimate on my FZ280. I followed the instructions of ScuderiaConchiglia and the win7 suggestions of Dr Pratik. The instructions seemed to be perfect. I installed the OS and followed his instructions. Everything seems to work perfectly, including the Fn keys.

But I have found my first issue. I am having problems playing blu ray discs. I have tried Windows Media Player, DivX and Cyberlind PowerDVD to no avail. I keep getting a 'driver error' of some type. If I check for updates of the driver the OS says I have the most recent. Any ideas???

    thank you in advance.

Upon further research it appears my blu ray drive is showing as a standard CD-ROM drive. I have tried to install the two files from sony.com under blu-ray but have had no luck. I'll keep you posted.

You need to get the right Nvidia driver for BR to work. You can try the latest (8.16.11.8691) Nvidia driver from MS update catalog.

I apologize as I didn't know that was a rule. I will be sure to follow that in the future.

Rajesh, I have tried several drivers and had no luck. However, I haven't tried it via the MS update catalog. I'll give that a whirl.

    thanks!
