I have here a TX2HP and try Windows 7 Beta1.
All fine with the driver but the problem are the FN Button and Volume Buttons.
I disable the UAC

5.Install Sony Video Shared Library, Setting Utility Series*, VAIO Event Service
I try also other versions for examples

2. Sony Utilities DLL (7.1.00.16050)
3. Sony Utility Series (2.1.00.16040)

Right click the desktop, choose SCREEN RESOLUTION.
Look for "ADVANCED SETTINGS"
Choose the troubleshooting tab
Click "CHANGE SETTINGS"
Move the bar left untill Direct 3D is disabled

Hi,
Any updates on windows 7? What is the performance/battery life like? -
I thing the perfomance is very good.. from bootmenu to desktop.. 1minute...
But the lack of drivers is the battery time worse than in XP.
for me was not yet possible to activate the FN keys.. -
still fiddling around with the TX...unfortunately my model came with win XP and I can't use alot of the TX's original drivers/apps
Windows 7 on TX
