Hi,
I am using a VAIO B99GP with 1.8GHz centrino processor and 1GB of RAM. It was shipped with windows XP and other softwares. Now i have installed Windows VISTA business in it.
Is it possible to cause any hardware problem if i want to continue with VISTA.
Thanks

I think if you installed it successfully and it runs then your not going to face any hardware problems at the moment.
However Vista is capable of "killng off" drivers, and that's what it did to my Canon camera, resulting in the blue screen until I reinstalled the driver.
Also, Windows says 512MB are enough for Vista, but 2GB or more are recommended (by nearly everybody).
Then, your hardware problems would depend on your hardware and whether you can find the drivers for it.
If you can it should work fine, although a bit slow as Vista drains resources. -
the operating system shouldn't cause any hardware problems. if you've found all the drivers, and everything is working, you're golden!

most people encounter the FN keys no longer work. But some have had no issues.
