    Wireless LAN after vista

    I installed the vista express upgrade yesterday on my sz38gp/c and afterwards, I think the wireless range of my wireless B lan seems to have degraded. Before, it worked fine when using it downstairs. Now, I get an intermittent connection.

    You mean, the strenght signal bar is always in the middle ? Don't worry, your signal hasn't degraded, it's just Vista's display bug. :)

    Yeah it's stuck at 60% when it should be 100%. I can put the laptop on top of my wireless router and it'll still be 60%.

    As long as it works, don't worry.

    be sure to chech the wireless power management options. I generally set them all to max performance
