I installed the 32 bit version of Vista on my SZ160 but I'm wondering if the 64 bit version would work without any major problems.

What processor do you have? If you have the Pentium M or the Core Duo (and if I remember correctly that is what the sz120 was sold with...the Core Duo) then the 64 bit version will not work.

You need a Core 2 processor (or an AMD Turion64 or Turion X2) in order for Vista64 to work.

I believe only the SZ3xx onwards use C2D processors so Vista64 will not work on SZ160.

    Agree!

    You need a Core2Duo, VGN-SZ1/2 only have a CoreDuo.
